Mr. Bryson joined DW in 2013. He leads DW’s commercial real estate and CMBS strategies. Prior to joining DW, Mr. Bryson spent three years at Spring Hill Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, where he led CMBS and commercial real estate debt investments. Prior to joining Spring Hill, Aaron ran a CMBS fixed income research group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. In 2010, he was ranked #2 in the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed Income Research survey; in 2008, his team was ranked #1 in portfolio strategy advice in the 2008 Greenwich Associates client survey. Mr. Bryson worked at Pacific Investment Management Company from 1999-2004, where he supported real return and hedge fund portfolios as a product specialist. He has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (2006) and a BS from Boston University (1999), magna cum laude, and is a former member of the CRE Finance Council editorial board.
