Houdin joined the firm in April 2017 as the General Counsel and was later appointed Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, he spent nine years at Taconic Capital Advisors LP, most recently as Deputy General Counsel. Houdin joined Taconic from Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP in New York, where he spent six years as an associate advising hedge funds, private equity funds and investment advisors. Houdin holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from the Fordham University School of Law.
