Mr. Honarvar joined DW Partners in 2017 as the General Counsel and was later appointed Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining DW, he spent nine years at Taconic Capital Advisors LP, most recently as Deputy General Counsel. Mr. Honarvar joined Taconic from Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP in New York, where he spent six years as an associate advising hedge funds, private equity funds and investment advisors. Mr. Honarvar received a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from the Fordham University School of Law.
